Users can receipt stock with one stage location scanning straight to the storage locations for the products, or using two-stage putaway with stock scanned into initial goods-in bays and then directed to transfer to new or existing product locations/preferred pick locations.

Picks can be assigned to specific pickers, or left in an open-pool for all users to pick from.

Individual or batch picks can be paused and reconvened at a later time or picked up by another user if shift finishes.

Easily transfer stock around the warehouse using transfers. Single transfer or multi product transfer supported for replanning stock from bulk locations down to groundfloor pick locations with suggested pick locations provided.

Track stock assigned to Pallet IDs throughout its life in the warehouse.

Generate Pallet ID labels dynamically on inbound and assign to products, and print using mobile printers or networked desktop thermal printers.

External Pallet ID labels can also be scanned and verified into the system without having to generate a new label.

Multiple Pallet ID types supported for storage and picking for 3PL billing.

As your team process orders, they can generate and send shipping labels to be printed on-the-go from the mobile app.

At the end of the packing process, the Mintsoft app will automatically direct your warehouse workers to scan parcels into the correct goods out bay/cage for the collecting courier.

This removes a traditional manual parcel sort and associated courier parcel contamination – saving you time, lost parcels and increased customer satisfaction.

For easier use in dark spaces, the Mintsoft app enables users to toggle the app between light and dark modes, to reduce eye strain.

The Mintsoft app also supports text to speech, allowing your warehouse workers to wear an ear piece to hear guided instructions for receiving & transferring inventory and picking orders.

The voice commands will advise pickers which location to pick from and which item to pick, without the pickers having to constantly look at the screen thereby significantly boosting efficiency, accuracy and safety.
