Mark Coulter

Mark Coulter is a logistics and software specialist with over 20 years in the industry, with a strong background in warehousing, fulfilment, and e-commerce. He began his career managing operations at IMD Fulfilment before co-founding Mintsoft, a cloud-based platform that simplifies order and inventory management for 3PLs and online retailers. Under his leadership, Mintsoft grew into a leading solution in the fulfilment tech space and was later acquired by The Access Group. Mark holds a B.B.A. in E-Commerce from the University of Kent and continues to champion digital innovation in logistics.
