Mintsoft Magento Integration

Connect your Mintsoft account to the Magento integration, along with other popular marketplaces, for seamless multi-channel order and warehouse management.

About Magento

Magento (now also known as Adobe Commerce) is one of the world's most powerful open-source ecommerce platforms, trusted by thousands of retailers for its flexibility, scalability, and rich feature set. By connecting Magento to Mintsoft, you bring your storefront and fulfilment operations together in a single seamless workflow, so orders flow in automatically, stock levels stay up to date, and customers receive timely dispatch notifications.

Seamless Magento Integration with Mintsoft

The Magento API integration with Mintsoft enables your ecommerce store to connect directly to your warehouse management and order fulfilment operations, eliminating manual data entry and keeping your inventory accurate across all channels.

Automated order import

Once connected, Mintsoft automatically imports orders from your Magento store that match your configured "Ready" status; no manual downloading, no re-keying. Orders arrive directly into Mintsoft ready for picking, packing, and dispatch, reducing processing time and the risk of human error.

Real-time stock & product sync

Keep your Magento storefront accurate at all times. Mintsoft synchronises inventory levels back to your Magento store as stock is allocated and orders are fulfilled, helping you avoid costly overselling and stockouts. New products can also be synced automatically between the two platforms.

Automatic dispatch updates & tracking

When an order is dispatched from Mintsoft, the integration automatically sends the updated order status and tracking information back to Magento - keeping your customers informed and reducing inbound enquiries to your support team.

Multi-store support

Running more than one Magento store? Mintsoft supports multiple store connections, allowing you to filter orders by Store Code so that only orders from the relevant store are imported. Each store can be configured independently, giving you full control over how each channel is managed.

Magento Integration FAQs

What do I need to set up the Magento integration?

To set up the integration, you'll need access to both your Magento admin panel and your Mintsoft account (accessed via om.mintsoft.co.uk). In Magento, you'll create a new integration, set Resource Access to "All", and generate an Access Token. You then add this token to a new Magento connection within Mintsoft, configure your settings (warehouse, channel, order statuses, sync frequency), and set the connection to Active.

Does the integration support multiple Magento stores?

Yes. Mintsoft supports multiple Magento store connections. You can use the Store Code feature on the Advanced tab to filter orders from a specific store. If you have more than one store, you'll need to set up a separate connection for each store code in Mintsoft. Note that the Store Code feature applies to order filtering only — stock sync operates across all stores in your Magento instance.

What order and stock data does the integration sync?

The integration imports sales orders matching your configured Ready Status, synchronises stock and product inventory levels between Mintsoft and Magento, and automatically sends dispatch status updates and tracking numbers back to Magento when orders are shipped. You can also configure optional product sync to automatically import new products from your Magento store.

Can I use the Magento integration as a 3PL?

Yes. Mintsoft is widely used by third-party logistics (3PL) providers to manage fulfilment on behalf of their clients. The Magento integration supports 3PL configurations, allowing you to assign connections to specific clients and warehouses within Mintsoft — making it straightforward to onboard new ecommerce clients who use Magento as their storefront.
