Using your own development team, you can build your own connections via our Courier API Connector service.

Please note: This service is chargeable. The connection will not be supported by core Mintsoft development. Any changes required to add services, make changes required by the courier for compliance or to complete maintenance must be completed by the user. Mintsoft will however be responsible for any issues with the portal itself or the API.

Automated processing

Configure Mintsoft to automatically select the right courier and service using Mintsoft’s sophisticated shipping rules.

Customer defined: Route orders to the carrier and service the customer has selected at checkout.
Multiple parameters: You can define the correct shipping service needed based on a number of parameters such as parcel weight, order value and destination.
Product specific rules: Set product override rules so that specific products can be sent by different courier services for specialist needs - e.g. fragile goods or dangerous goods.
Custom zones: Create custom geographic shipping zones so that courier services can be selected by country or specific postcode. Surcharge shipping zones are also in place to manage offshore locations.
Best price shipping: set prices per courier by weight/zone, and enable Mintsoft to select the cheapest option available.

Mobile App

The app works seamlessly with the web-based platform to make updates to your inventory and pick orders on the go.

As your team process single orders, they can generate and send shipping labels to be printed on-the-go from the Mintsoft Mobile App. At the end of the packing process, the Mintsoft app will automatically direct your warehouse workers to scan parcels into the correct goods out bay/cage for the collecting courier.

3PL shipping rates

If you’re a 3PL, who provides your clients with access to agreed courier rates through your own accounts, you can set your agreed shipping rates for each client, applying an uplift to the carrier charges.

All charges will be automatically calculated during your consolidation and invoicing.

Brands can utilise multiple carriers and 3PLs are supported to use multiple carriers for multiple clients, enabling flexible and cost effective carrier management.

Can I print shipping labels directly from Mintsoft?

Yes. You can print the shipping labels generated via your courier integrations directly from Mintsoft, saving time and reducing errors. They can even be triggered to print from the mobile app.

Is tracking information automatically sent to customers?

Yes. Tracking details from the courier are automatically synced to the order on your ecommerce channel and will be available to the customer via the communications handled by the ecommerce store.
