Mobile App:

Production Version – Mintsoft.MobileApp-prod.2026.03.26

No production update this week due to no beta features to rollover last week.

  • GS1 Barcodes – Enhanced functionality to support a wider range of scenarios.

  • Suggested Locations – Will now display the current quantity in location rather than just “in use”.

  • ASNs – Ability to reverse a putaway when receiving directly to a Goods In location, but before stock has been committed to general storage.

  • Bug Fix – Issue where cancelled orders could be processed.

Beta Version – Mintsoft.MobileApp-beta.2026.03.26

  • New Role – User permission added ‘AdminMobileApp-TapToConfirmLocation’. If ON, locations list appears and can be tapped when performing stock actions. If OFF, user must scan location to proceed. Leaving OFF can help with loading times if based in a large site with many locations.

  • GS1 Barcodes – Further functionality to support ASNs.

  •  One Label Per Pick – New error displayed if order is unsuitable for pick method.

Bug Fixes:

Inventory Report:

Removed apostrophe from back order column on export.

DPD NL:

Added 3rd decimal place to shipment weights to prevent occasional rounding down to 0kg.

Cartons & Pallets:

Resolved issue where removing an order item lead to stock variance.

v2026.1.11

Improvements Made this Release:

Products - User Defined Fields

Users can now create up to 10 additional custom fields for products. Data can be uploaded in bulk and also added to custom despatch notes and custom box packing lists (additional custom documents module required). More information can be found in this guide.

3PL Accounting – Warehouse Picking Costs

Exciting new tool for 3PLs operating multiple warehouses with different picking costs. Especially useful if billing in multiple currencies. More information can be found in this guide.

Custom Reports

We have optimised product‑based reports, reducing export times significantly for large datasets.

Barcode Verification

Pop-up warning appears if user enters a barcode verification session which has already been partially completed.

Mobile App:

To ensure a smooth transition and optimal performance, we'll implement the below bug fixes through a phased rollout.

Production Version

No production update this week due to no beta features to rollover last week.

Beta Version – Mintsoft.MobileApp-beta.2026.03.19

  • GS1 Barcodes – Enhanced functionality to support a wider range of scenarios.

  • Suggested Locations – Will now display the current quantity in location rather than just “in use”.

  • ASNs – Ability to reverse a putaway when receiving directly to a Goods In location, but before stock has been committed to general storage.

  • Bug Fix – Issue where cancelled orders could be processed.

Beta Version – Mintsoft.MobileApp-beta.2026.03.05

  • External Returns - flow has been added in the mobile app, following the same steps as the existing order returns process. This makes it simpler and more consistent for your team to handle returns coming from external sources.
  • One label per pick – Picking method migrated from the ‘old app’ to work on the ‘new app’. Users will get a shipping label printed automatically when scanning each item. Suitable for large shipments where each unit needs it’s own shipping label.
  • Home screen layout – The default home screen has been updated to be 4 icons wide, rather than 3. We have also moved the footer icons to the ‘Additional Tools’ section at the bottom to save on screen space. You can revert this in the mobile settings if it’s your preference.

Bug Fixes:

Scurri – Customs Documents

We now detect the paper size of Scurri‑generated customs invoices directly from the PDF, preventing print failures caused by incorrect A4 assumptions.

Spring Global

We have improved weight precision by increasing unit weight accuracy from 2 to 3 decimal places. This prevents very small weights from rounding to zero and triggering invalid‑weight errors with Spring Global.

DHL

Improved DHL logic so VAT is automatically excluded for cross‑border consignments, preventing incorrect duty charges and improving customs compliance.

v2026.1.10

Improvements Made this Release:

Automated Error Labels:

A useful tool for colleagues who don’t have user permissions to edit order details. If turned on in Customer Account Settings, when a shipment fails to generate the system will automatically create a 6x4 “SHIPMENT FAILURE” label, containing order ID, order number, customer name and error message from courier. Label will get sent to print queue automatically and order will get tagged with “Shipment Issue”.

Bug Fixes

Move stock to tote location:

Small issue when item is split in two locations.

Mobile App:

To ensure a smooth transition and optimal performance, we'll implement the below bug fixes through a phased rollout.

Production Version – Mintsoft.MobileApp-prod.2026.03.12

Beta Version – No new beta features this week to focus on smooth performance.

v2026.1.7

Improvements Made this Release:

Batch Overview

You can now bulk print batch summaries from the Batch Overview, to save having to go into each batch individually.

SendCloud

Update to support multi shipment label handling

Mobile App:

To ensure a smooth transition and optimal performance, we'll implement the below bug fixes through a phased rollout.

Production Version – Mintsoft.MobileApp-prod.2026.03.05

  • Zebra Bluetooth / Wifi printing - now supported so that users are not tied to a PC using the print tool while on the go.
  • Role update - We have updated the mobile scan role name from ‘Restrict’ to ‘Allow’ to make it clearer when users are permitted to perform manual scans during operations.
  • Flexi Pick - You can now view product details directly from the Flexi Pick screen via the three‑dot menu. Users will also have permission to edit the items on the order. This will be role controlled on a future release.

Beta Version – Mintsoft.MobileApp-beta.2026.03.05

  • External Returns - flow has been added in the mobile app, following the same steps as the existing order returns process. This makes it simpler and more consistent for your team to handle returns coming from external sources.
