New Featureas and Improvements Made this Release:
Warehouse Stock Movement Report
Added bulk export functionality to the Warehouse Stock Movement Report. Date range must be set.
Reports
Added a new Estimated Carton Pallet Quantity report, based on carton and pallet sizes set against products. This gives estimated totals only based on current total stock and is separate to the Cartons and Pallets module.
Stock Take
Updated stock take second counts to display products even when stock has reduced to zero, so users can validate the count in case any stock still remains.
Shopify
Added support for the 2026-04 API version.
FTP
Improved handling of unavailable FTP servers, including automatic deactivation and user notifications.

Multi Tote
Fixed an issue with Multi Tote where picking would assign different totes to one order.
Stock Take

Custom Order Upload Templates
Resolved issue where a custom order upload template failed on the UnitVat 1 field.
Dashboard
Fixed issue with the Top Despatches dashboard widget showing more data than expected due to double end-date padding.
Barcode Verification
Fixed issue with invalid image URLs causing errors when barcode verifying items.
ASN
Resolved issue where quantity expected values differed between the mobile app and desktop.
Stock Take
- Resolved issue where rotating cycle counts were not including stock correctly.
- Resolved issue where the Breakdown modal Attributes column always showed a dash in the Stock Take Overview.
- Resolved issue where locations containing other clients' stock were being counted towards empty locations.
- Resolved issue where the second count did not account for picked items when the MovePickedItemsToToteLocations setting was disabled.
Shopify
- Fixed handling of Shopify orders with problematic order items that could cause null reference errors.
- Resolved issue where the alt-code stock sync loop bypassed the DisableCycleStockSync setting and sent stale stock.
Unleashed
Fixed handling of retries around failed despatches, and improved handling of long timeouts with large Unleashed sales orders.
ZohoInventory
Improved handling of errors and user notifications when action is required due to line items not belonging to the given sales order.
StarShipIt
Fixed issue with phone number formatting where '00' was incorrectly appended to phone numbers.
AccessFactoryMaster
Improved handling of HTTP 400 Bad Request errors, added auto-trimming to customer codes, and prevented infinite retries of invalid values.
WooCommerce
- Improved handling of HTTP 403 Forbidden errors.
- Improved handling of HTML-related issues within the WooCommerce integration.
MHI
Resolved issue where MHI label formatting was incorrect.
Commercial Invoice
Fixed issue with commercial invoice values where not all items required for import into Mintsoft were being included.

Goods In Calendar
Updated the Goods In Calendar to display the estimated time alongside the date.
Outstanding Despatch Report
Added PickingSkipped and AwaitingReplen statuses to the Outstanding Despatch Report.
SLA Dashboard
Added a link to view the 7 Day Client SLA Summary Report directly from the SLA Dashboard.
Order Rules
Added a parameter input option to the SplitAddressLine1 order rule. This Order Rule action splits the address line 1 of an order when it's over 35 characters by default, but you can specify a number in the param to override that, to 30 for example, depending on what the courier requires.
Stock Take
Updated the Stock Take breakdown table to have option to display 1000 lines and include a search bar.
Updated behaviour to stop triggering second counts when a location is skipped.

Bulk Returns Process
Improved the flow in which returns are handled on the app. One you have set your return reason and action, you can add multiple items at once without repeating the reasons. You can then proceed, and add further reasons and items if required.
Flexi Pick
- The layout of options on the final screen has been restructured to fit more on the screen.
- Resolved issue where labels couldn't be printed if pre-generated via PC, by adding additional options into the restructured screen, as noted above.
Rebin Picking
- Added a clear error message on mobile when an order is cancelled during a rebin batch picking session.
- Resolved issue where a batch was not being correctly assigned and locked to the picking user during mobile rebin picking.
- Resolved issue where the screen would go black during rebin picking.

Product Search
Upgraded the flow within the Product Search feature. Scanning and searching products will return the same result (prior method was different), and users can drill down into either location data or attribute data (expiry, batch or serial) by selecting the relevant icons on the product list.
Bug Fixes:
Print Tool
Resolved issue where users were unable to sign out of the Print Tool when the "Keep me signed in" option had been selected.
Barcode Verification
Resolved issue where the barcode verification screen was slow to load when a large number of SKUs were present.
GS1 Labels
Resolved issue where generating a GS1 label with an SSCC would trigger an error if the recipient company name and address were not filled in on the cartons and pallets module.
B2B Orders
Resolved issue where slow allocation could result in order rules being triggered even after an order had been cancelled.
Warehouse Zones
Resolved issue where warehouse zones with existing sub-batches (rebin picking modules) could not be deleted.
Warehouse Allocation
Enhanced logging when reprocessing backorders, specifically when allocating from alternative warehouses.
Box Picking
Resolved issue where items with the same SKU or batch were being forced into Box 1 rather than being distributed correctly.
Bulk Location Export
Resolved issue where the Bulk Location Export was duplicating the simple location into the location name field.
Stock Take
- Resolved issue where customers with permissions enabled were unable to delete a stock take.

EasyPost
Resolved issue where Canada Post manifests were not being generated correctly via EasyPost.
Unleashed
Resolved issue where receipting a purchase order in Unleashed would receipt all PO lines, including lines not present on the Mintsoft ASN. New behaviour leaves those lines on the Unleashed PO with a receipt quantity of 0.
QuickBooks
Resolved issue where account mappings could not be added in QuickBooks.
StarShipIt
Resolved issue where error messages were unclear regarding service rates.

New Featureas and Improvements Made this Release:
Stock Take
The new, free of charge Stock Take feature has been released. Full support guides are now available. Stock Take is compatible only with the latest version of our mobile app. Any users still on our legacy app will need to upgrade. Users are also invited to join a live webinar at 11am on June 16th to see the module in action.
Registration links can be found via your inbox within Mintsoft, via the digital assistant.
Additional feature introduced on the 2nd Counts page to "Accept 1st as 2nd", so users with the appropriate permission can approve discrepancies without a 2nd count taking place.
Location Storage Prices
Added an API endpoint and bulk CSV upload option for location type storage prices, to make adding costs easier for 3PLs.
Orders Overview
Batch ID on the orders overview page is now clickable and linked to the batch. Users may have to display that column if currently hidden.
FTP Connections
Updated FTP Integration so that if a connection fails during setup, the account will default to inactive.
Palletways
Updated Palletways error message handling to be more user friendly.
Inventory Report
Added an Awaiting Replenishment column to the Inventory report.
GFS
Added an integration with GFS as an internal courier platform. Please contact support for further details on enabling this.
