New Features and Improvements Made this Release:

Regionalisation

Region tab has been added in the Customer Account Settings page. Weight and Tax Type fields have been moved over. New fields include Default Country and Currency for new manual orders, and Default Country, Currency and Country of Manufacture for new 3PL clients.

UPS

Added channel filter to the UPS connection to allow multiple connections per client/warehouse, with the channel routing connections to orders.

Proactive Replen

Improved loading times.

Easypost

You can now specify 'TRUE' in ExtraCode7 to include returns labels within Easypost shipment. This is not supported by all Easypost linked couriers.

Global-E

Packaging items no longer sent to courier in shipment requests, in line with other couriers.

Shopify

Added gift message item level mapping via property mappings.

Mirakl

Added Multi Shop Support to Mirakl.

GSiT

Additional address lines now included in shipment requests.

New Features and Improvements Made this Release:

Returns Reporting

Updated 'Date' column on Returns report to 'Last Updated'.

Added 'CreatedAt' column to both Returns overview and Returns report.

CreatedAt will get populated automatically when the return is started.

Added both CreatedAt and LastUpdated columns to the custom report type 'Returns' .

Order Rules

Added a new order rule action to 'SplitAddressLine1', this automatically splits Address Line 1 onto Address Line 2 when it exceeds 35 characters. Useful for some couriers who have character limitations.

Shopify

We have added a new toggle to the Shopify connector, 'Attempt to Import Scheduled Orders', this is to import orders in 'Scheduled' status.

Despatch Notes

Validation added so you cannot delete a custom despatch note document if it is assigned via despatch note settings.

Upgraded to new rest API, so that new connections can be authorised once again. For more details view the FedEx Guide.

Palletways

Added 'Book In' functionality to direct Palletways to contact recipient and arrange delivery.

DHL Ecommerce UK

Channel filter added to connection, to allow multiple connections per client/warehouse setup.

BrightPearl

Full warehouse transfer sync added to Brightpearl integration. Creates two optional work flows - an order to pick at the outbound warehouse and ASN to receive at the inbound warehouse.

Enhanced SLA Logic to clear the SLA data and recalculate it as orders move into various 'paused' statuses

Parcelforce

Improvements Made this Release:

Unleashed

Added incremental stock sync option. Manual stock adjustments (outside of sales orders/purchase orders etc) can regularly push to Unleashed throughout the day. This can keep both systems aligned throughout the day and remove the need for a once per day sync.

Products Overview

Offhand stock total now shown on drilldown.

3rd Party Integrations

Externally managed connections now have their own section on the connect menu, except from courier partners who remain on the Courier Integrations page via the Partners tab.

Brightpearl

• Incremental sync added for manual stock adjustments taken place in Mintsoft
• Automated once per day stock sync option added
• Brightpearl Product Cost Price supplied as stock value when making stock adjustments
• Option added to update Brightpearls courier method on despatch using new despatch mapping grid
