Terms & Conditions – Mintsoft Refer a friend

Eligibility: The referral program is open to all active Access Mintsoft customers. Referrals must be new potential customers who have not previously used Access Mintsoft for their current company or taken part in a Mintsoft sales process in the past.
Referral Incentive: The company will reward £50 voucher for each business referral that successfully completes a demo with a sales representative. An additional £200 voucher will be awarded once the referral completes onboarding (by 30th June 2025) and remains an active, paying customer for three months. Incentive amounts are subject to change at the company's discretion.
Referral process: Customers must refer potential new customers by registering the referral via the provided form. If two customers, refer the same potential customer, then the Customer who referred the potential new customer first will be entitled to the Incentive. The referred person must complete a demo with a sales representative and sign up for the company’s services in order for the referral to be eligible for the incentive. The customer must notify the individual being referred that their information will be submitted to Mintsoft, and that they will be followed up with by the Mintsoft Sales team. The customer is not entitled to the Incentive if they do not notify the potential new customer that they referred them to Mintsoft.
Qualification:
In order for a referral to be “qualified”, they must:
- Operate an active warehouse company (3PL or ecommerce)
- Have the authority to make a WMS purchasing decision
- Have not previously used Mintsoft for their current company, or taken part in a Mintsoft sales process in the past
Payout: The £50 voucher incentive will be paid out to the referring customer after the referral completes a demo with a sales representative. The £200 cash incentive will be paid out to the referring customer once the referral completes onboarding by 30th June 2025 and has been a paying, active customer for three months. Payment may be made by voucher via email.
Fraudulent referrals: The company reserves the right to disqualify any referrals that are deemed to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions. This includes but is not limited to referrals made using fake accounts, spamming, or any other unethical or illegal means.
Changes to the program: The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, without notice.
Limitations: The company may limit the number of referrals that a customer can make, and may also limit the total amount of voucher incentives paid out under the program.
Taxes: Customers are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on the incentives received through the referral program.
Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the company is based.
Disclaimer: The company disclaims any and all liability for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the referral program, including but not limited to any errors, omissions, or delays in processing referrals or paying out incentives.
Relationship of the Parties: Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture or other agency relationship between the Parties. Each Party is an independent contractor and is solely responsible for its respective taxes, withholdings and other similar statutory obligations. Neither Party has any authority, whether apparent, actual, ostensible or otherwise, to act on behalf of the other Party or to enter into any contract, incur any liability or impose any legal obligation or to make any representation on behalf of the other Party.
