Storage

Dynamic Storage System: Creates trackable pallet and carton IDs that function as moveable storage units.

Hierarchical Tracking: Pallets can contain multiple items and cartons. Cartons can contain individual items - all tracked with unique IDs.

Location Management: Pallets and cartons can be moved between locations whilst maintaining complete inventory visibility.

Receiving

Quick Carton/Pallet ID splitting & generation: Easily auto-generate and split multiple Pallet/Carton IDs at the point of receipt making the receipt process for large quantities of the same SKU considerably quicker.

Bulk putaway made easy: Put away Pallet/Carton IDs from multiple ASNs in any sequence - speeding up warehouse workflows.

Mobile label printing: Instantly print Pallet/Carton ID labels directly to a mobile printing device from our mobile app (note: Brother RJ 4230 model supported, Zebra ZQ630 being added soon).

Picking

Specialised Picking Method: "Carton and Pallet Picking" method allows scanning of entire pallets/cartons rather than individual items. You can also add specific pallets or cartons to an order, for automated allocation for picking.

Pallet/Carton ID pack list printing: We now support generating & printing a carton/pallet ID pack list straight from mobile picking - using either default or custom templates with the custom document module. This feature allows you to build cartons and pallets on the fly and get the breakdown data required for large B2B orders.

Visibility

Enhanced inventory visibility: Carton/Pallet ID data now appears in product overview inventory dropdowns, giving you clearer insight at a glance of carton/pallet data.

Scan Carton/Pallet ID to see contents & location: Simply scan a Pallet ID to instantly view its contents and location - no guesswork, just clarity.

Billing

Carton / Pallet ID 3PL billing: 3PL billing can now be setup automatically, based on the type of carton or pallet, covering both picking and storage for more accurate cost tracking.

Each client in Mintsoft can have a different rate for picking or stage, for each type of carton/pallet. For ease, a default rate can be setup for all clients.

Mintsoft Mobile App
