When an order is ready to despatch, Mintsoft automatically sends the shipment details to FedEx, which generates a shipping label and returns tracking information back into Mintsoft, all without any manual input. You can configure the integration per client, warehouse, and country to suit your operational setup.
What do I need to set up the FedEx integration?
To get started, you'll need to obtain your FedEx API credentials (Test and Production) via the FedEx Developer Portal. You'll first add your Test Credentials to Mintsoft and generate a test label for FedEx approval. Once approved, you switch to your Live Credentials, and the integration is ready to use. For certain countries, you'll also need to upload a signature file and letterhead for use on Commercial Invoices.
