Pallets & Cartons improvements

The Pallets and Cartons module is designed to make B2B and bulk stock handling simpler - increasing operational efficiency and saving you warehouse space & it just got a whole lot easier with what we’ve added!

Here’s what’s new:

Mobile label printing

Instantly print Pallet/Carton ID labels directly to a mobile printing device from our mobile app (note: Brother RJ 4230 model supported, Zebra ZQ630 being added soon).

Carton / Pallet ID 3PL billing

3PL billing can now be setup automatically, based on the type of carton or pallet, covering both picking and storage for more accurate cost tracking. Each client in Mintsoft can have a different rate for picking or stage, for each type of Carton/Pallet. Or for ease a default rate can be setup for all clients.

Quick Carton/Pallet ID splitting & generation

Easily auto-generate and split multiple Pallet/Carton IDs at the point of receipt making the receipt process for large quantities of the same SKU considerably quicker.

Pallet/Carton ID pack list printing

We now support generating & printing a carton/pallet ID pack list straight from mobile picking - using either default or custom templates with the custom document module. This feature allows you to build cartons and pallets on the fly and get the breakdown data required for large B2B orders.

Bulk putaway made easy

Put away Pallet/Carton IDs from multiple ASNs in any sequence - speeding up warehouse workflows.

Previously, putaway jobs had to be completed one ASN at a time, but now any pallet/carton from any ASN can be put away, in any sequence. Once all cartons/pallets have been put away, ASNs statuses will auto update to complete.
