Mintsoft Product Update - October 2025

Mintsoft’s latest updates make carton and pallet ID management faster and smarter. Users can now print labels directly from the mobile app using supported printers, and 3PL billing can be automated based on carton/pallet type for more accurate cost tracking. Rates can be customized per client or set as a default.

Operational efficiency is boosted with quick ID generation, bulk putaway across ASNs, and mobile pack list printing. Inventory visibility is enhanced with carton/pallet data shown in product overviews, and scanning an ID instantly reveals its contents and location - making warehouse processes smoother and more transparent.

Mintsoft’s new premium Rebin Picking module is designed to speed up multi-item order fulfilment by combining bulk picking with efficient sorting at a rebin wall. It supports splitting batches by warehouse zone, skipping items during picking with clear visibility later, and intelligent sorting tags for better tracking. With streamlined navigation and a split summary screen, it helps reduce warehouse footfall, improve accuracy, and boost overall picking efficiency - especially for high-volume operations.

We’ve upgraded our Bluepark E-Commerce connection to give you more control and flexibility when managing your orders and inventory.

Advanced Filtering Options

You can now filter data based on custom order statuses and product suppliers - tailoring your Bluepark experience to suit your operational needs.

Shipping dangerous goods just got a whole lot easier. We’ve introduced a new feature that automatically generates and prints Dangerous Goods documentation at the point of despatch - saving you time and reducing manual errors.

This enhancement uses the dangerous goods attributes stored against your product data in Mintsoft to instantly populate the required documentation. If you handle dangerous goods and want to simplify your documentation workflow, this new automation is ready to help  .

Our TikTok connection has now upgraded to offer a direct connection to TikTok’s shipping system, unlocking the ability to use TikTok-supplied shipping labels directly within Mintsoft.

Lower shipping costs

TikTok offers reduced shipping rates when their official labels are used - saving you money on every order.

Avoid penalties

TikTok currently applies a £0.50 penalty per order for using non-TikTok courier labels. With this update, you can avoid those charges entirely.

This upgrade is a big win for TikTok sellers heading into busy periods, helping streamline fulfilment and reduce costs.

We’ve made it easier than ever for 3PLs to manage packaging charges across multiple clients.

You can use a single rework barcode and apply client-specific rates via a simple rate grid, making it simple to keep track of charges, even if you charge a different rate per client for the same packaging item.

We’re continuing to evolve the Mintsoft mobile app to deliver a faster, more intuitive experience for warehouse teams. These improvements are designed to reduce friction, improve accuracy, and speed up warehouse operation - especially during busy periods.

Here’s what’s new:

Backorder alerts at Goods-In

A new Cross-Dock Backorder notice now prompts users when items have outstanding backorders - helping ensure stock is put away straight to pick bins for faster fulfilment.

Expandable product info while picking

Need more detail while picking? You can now expand product information to view additional attributes without leaving the screen.

Alternative batch/best before date attribute selection

When picking from alternative locations, the app can now displays alternative product attributes like batch numbers, best before dates, and serials - giving pickers the flexibility to choose the most suitable stock if the system allocation isn’t available.

We’ve expanded the capabilities of our Flexi Pick method in the Mintsoft mobile app, allowing users to complete the entire pick, pack, and ship process.

New features now include the ability to edit the shipping address, change courier service, cancel shipping labels and add rework charges. Users can now also see product and order-level packaging notes.

“Items to Follow” table

Automatically displays any items split onto a backorder - giving your customers clear visibility of what’s been shipped and what’s still to come.

Additional product fields

You can now include commodity codes and country of manufacture on your despatch notes - ideal for international shipments and customs compliance.

We’ve rolled out a series of updates to improve international shipping, inventory visibility, and platform integrations. These include:

International shipping enhancements

• MID number support for USA exports to meet updated U.S. customs clearance requirements.
• Mexican RFC tax number support - now supported across FedEx, DHL Express, Royal Mail, and Whistl exports for smoother customs processing.
• Country of origin mapping for AusPost to ensure accurate customs data for Australian shipments.

Inventory & order management

• Improved stock flow logging - OUT records now include location, batch, and best-before attributes for better traceability.
• Enhanced inventory screens - allocation tab now shows order statuses and Kit IDs for stock allocated to kit builds.

Platform & API Updates

• DEAR & Virtual Stock platforms - Improved despatch updates for orders containing bundle items.
• Amazon Prime support via Chess Integration
• New product-in-location API call - providing faster access to location-specific product data.
