Mintsoft has been an invaluable addition to our warehouse storage management. At first, the set-up process seems overwhelming; however, the onboarding team are all extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They do not expect you to fit their system; they advise what elements to use suit your business. We feel much more in control of the stock we hold, and our clients love the ordering process. 

The onboarding experience was great; we felt it was tailored to our needs. We felt there was a good team assembled in order to account for all of the things one needs when migrating from one system to another. We were onboarded by Ross, who was always in good spirits and tried to make sure we understood everything. I would suggest to try and emulate a more precise context, as the one the clients have, so they can encounter real-life errors accompanied by someone from the team. 

Mintsoft delivers exactly what a modern fulfilment operation needs: clear workflows, accurate inventory, and excellent automation. It’s improved our efficiency and visibility across every order. 

Ross New, our onboarding expert, made the entire process seamless. Even as experienced Mintsoft users, we found every session with him to be a masterclass in using the system more effectively. He was kind, approachable, and effortlessly resolved our questions and setup issues. Thanks, Ross! 

Mintsoft has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our onboarding process. From the very beginning, their team provided clear guidance and thorough training, ensuring we understood every aspect of the platform. What really stood out was their continued support; they were always available to answer questions and offer advice until we felt completely confident using the system. Throughout the process, Mintsoft is very user-friendly, making it possible for us to understand its functions and system easily. Although layout options were restrictive, we could adapt by trying multiple options with Larisa's assistance.  

Larisa (Early Adoption Specialist), our main contact for the Mintsoft adoption, has supported us greatly in the pre-go-live phase and white-labelling of the Client Interface of Mintsoft. She is very responsive, asks the right questions and gives clear instructions when required. She was a great help in getting Mintsoft up and running! 

From my experience over the last few months, Mintsoft have come into our warehouse and made a massive difference with regards to helping us with training early on before the go live date, That's a big shout out to Will Hammond and his team, the level of training was good and his patience was very good, Will also made a massive difference on the go live day, very helpful, made time for anyone that had any queries, also in depth with his answers to anyone's questions.  

I’ve been really impressed with Mintsoft, particularly the level of personable customer support and interaction. Will and Kate have both gone above and beyond to make sure any queries are dealt with quickly and clearly, and it never feels like a “one-size-fits-all” response. Their friendly approach and willingness to take the time to explain things properly make a huge difference. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely cares about customer experience – thanks again to Will and also Kate for their excellent support! 

Mintsoft has been a game-changer for handling our high volume of orders. The platform stays reliable even when things get busy, the mobile scanning feature makes processing quick and accurate, and their support team is always ready to help. It’s made running our operations much smoother. 

We have worked with Mintsoft for two years now and took them on as we started to scale. Their software makes it easy for warehouse staff to pick orders efficiently, move stock around, provides a dashboard for customers to review live inventory levels and, very importantly, a super billing system. 
 
I would recommend it to any 3PL looking to scale. 

Ease of use, batch printing is made very easy and adding products in batch very useful. all the marketplace and courier integrations you could need. 

Guided every step with friendly support staff, who were more than happy to help at any time. [Mintsoft] brought our business into the 21st century!! 

We have been using Mintsoft to take us from 1000 orders a month to 2000 orders a week in the last 4 years. It has been a great partnership. We went from a paper system of recording orders to Mintsoft, which increased productivity and customer expectations almost instantly. 

It has been unbelievably easy. They listen to our needs and concerns, and the onboarding and training we have received - make all the others pale in comparison. Everything! For an Australian business, they have inbuilt native integration with Australia Posts Parcel Send. They integrate with eBay AU & Amazon AU seamlessly as well. The Shopify and WooCommerce integration is also stellar. It is easy to learn and use; it is modern in appearance and function, and does not require a full-time in-house IT.
