Mintsoft Product Updates

Improvements Made this Release:

TikTok:

We have added the ability to fetch labels for Orders which are Shipped By TikTok.

To use this functionality, you'll need to add a Courier called TikTok, with a service and code, which should be mapped, and then just hit Create Shipment. 

This will request that TikTok generates the label, and returns it as normal for printing.

Order Rules:

We have added a new order rule action “RecalculateParcels” that will recalculate the Number of Parcels required on an order.

ShipStation:

We have implemented ShipStation item options mapping for gift messages. This allows personalized gift messages to be mapped for ShipStation orders via their Item.options field.

CSM Logistics:

We have added support to auto assign items to parcels without the need to use box numbers with barcode verification.

Reports:

The Historic Inventory Breakdown report will now be limited to 52 weeks as a maximum.

Shopify:

We have added extra handling for Stock Sync on > 50 variants.

 

Mobile App:

• Added ReBin picking.
• Fixed attributes scanning lower case inbound, but upper case outbound.
• Fixed an issue with incorrect progress values on large orders/batches when picking.
• Can now view contents of a carton/pallet in Location Contents.
• Fixed an issue where partial contents of a carton/pallet couldn't be transferred.
• Carton/Pallet Pick - Only show Goods out for putaway, prevented putaway happening twice.

 

 

Improvements Made this Release:

Product Sales By Channel Report:

We have improved the reports performance and added support for Multi-Currency by adding a separate row for each relevant currency line for each SKU.

Order Rules:

New Order Rule Action SetItemSalesValueWhenZero. This order rule action can be used to set the value of an item using a fixed param value when the order item is received as 0.00 - e.g. free gifts or 100% discounted items. This rule is beneficial for courier integrations and a value is mandatory for all items for customs purposes. A rule can be added to set the item as 0.01 instead.

We have also updated the description for the priority on the Order Rules, it now shows as “Priority 1 - 100 (100 Runs First)”.

Unleashed:

Changed logic of importing PO’s based on last modified date, instead of order date.

Previously using order date, some POs were not importing as they exceeded the maximum 60-day period used.

Bulk Product Update:

We have added the ability to Delete values via Product Upload by putting #DELETE# in the field. Fields which can be updated:

• EAN.
• UPC.
• Description.
• ImageURL.
• CommodityCode.
• PackingInstructions.
• CustomsDescription.
• MIDCode.
• CountryOfManufacture.

Evri Business:

Improvements made to automatically cut and shunt long address lines down to line 2 and 3 (if not used) to improve first time success rate when generating Evri Business labels.

Back Orders:

New bulk CSV export action added to bulk order screen which nicely formats SKUs separated by rows:

We have updated the new Rest API version to generate multiple pallet labels using the number of parcels field.

Improvements Made this Release:

AnPost:

We have now stopped sending the Origin Address, as this should be configured in the AnPost management panel instead of Mintsoft supplying.

Despatch Notes:

Added functionality to show an “Items to Follow” table on custom despatch notes to show items that have been split into separate parts on back order.

API:

We have added a new API call to the Reports API to get the Product Usage Report and all associated filtering via the API.

We have now added support to DPD Home service for B2C deliveries.

Simply add 'HOME' to ExtaCode3 to send the required data to DPD NL for this service.

Bluepark:

Added Import Unpaid toggle to our Bluepark Account to give users the option of importing orders that are unpaid.

Product Upload:

Product Upload is now moving to a background job to support larger uploads. You'll be notified by email when the results are ready to download from the import to save time waiting for the process to finish on the frontend.

User Settings:

We have added a User Setting to control the position of the Actions button on the Overview Screen.

The option is under general on the user settings, “Move Actions Button”

Evri:

We now support multiple child account numbers for the same client and split by service as Evri have introduced a new “Large Letter” account service.

TikTok:

We have made a couple of improvements to the TikTok integration.

Stock Sync - Add Support for Alt Codes on Stock Sync.

Add Support for Configurable Order Import Statuses.

Cookies:

Mintsoft now shows the user Cookie so they can choose whether to accept/deny mandatory and optional cookies.

Warning: Denying cookies will prevent you from using the Digital Assistant and in-app support features.

Split Orders:

We have fixed an issue with Order Parts showing incorrectly on multiple splits.

API:

Add Validation To Product/BulkOnHandStockUpdate endpoint to validate integers are sent, not decimals for stock level.

Intersoft:

Added a fix to check if we already get a CN document with the label for Northern Ireland and Channel Island shipments.

Improve Support for DropShip Orders.

Improvements Made this Release:

MID Number:

We have added MID (manufacturers identification code)  support within Mintsoft for exports to USA which are now mandatory for certain product types to clear US customs.

You can add a client default MID code on the client customs screen, or add on a product by product basis either on the main product screen or upload by CSV.

We also now automatically map the MID to our FedEx integration via their item description field as per their requirements & MID code can now be added to custom commercial invoice template using the merge field name MIDCODE.

We will roll out MID support to other couriers as and when documentation is shared to us by the couriers.

RFC Number:

For FedEx we are now mapping the RFC number for orders to Mexico.

You can enter the RFC number on the order details page.

VirtualStock:

We have added support for External Courier Service Names.

Tote Picking:

We have added customer account setting to move stock to physical tote locations when picking for all pick types – please note this requires locations setup & assigned to a location type with the “tote” toggle enabled.

The setting to enable in customer account settings on the picking tab is - “Transfer Stock To Tote Location When Picking, Rather Than Simple Tote Allocation”

This setting has been added as a prerequisite for planned stock take feature to ensure that you can conduct a stock take at point during the day while picking operations continue. Without this setting enabled, allocated stock in storage locations could have already been picked and therefore give an inaccurate view of the stock quantity in the location.

API:

We have added a new Product in Location endpoint on the API.
