Improvements Made this Release:

Address Validation:

We have added a “Validate Address” button to the scan actions page, this validates the address on the order. Please note this is for UK only addresses. For more information please review this guide.

Mirakl:

We have added Stock Sync for our Mirakl integration.

Batches:

There is a new toggle on the batch scheduler “Generate Courier Labels After Creation” which auto generates labels after creation.

Shopify:

We have enhanced the Shopify overview page.

Shopify Instant Stock Sync: 

We have added Support for Bundles for instant sync.

Added Support for Multi Warehouse / Product Stock Feed Rules.

Note: This is only applicable if you have the live stock sync module.

Xero:

Fixed a bug to ensure we pull in the shipping address not billing address.

Improvements Made this Release:

Proactive Replen:

We have implemented Proactive Replen, which will also be available on the mobile app. This replaces the old Replenishment feature within Mintsoft. Please see this guide for more information.

DHL Express:

Shipping Box Rework and Product Dimensions have now been added to our DHL Express integration. We now support the following Dimensions flow:

• Shipping Box Rework Item, else
• Extracode8 in the format HH;DDL;WW, else
• Largest product Dimensions, else
• Default Dimensions

API:

Returns: We have added a Return List endpoint to make it easier to fetch multiple returns since a specific date. For more information, please review our API Returns help guide.

Courier Dev Portal:

We have mapped our ShippingTotalExVat and ShippingTotalVat fields to our Courier Dev Portal. For more information, please review our Courier Developer help guide.

Order Rules:

We have added a new order rule action that Recalculates Order Item pricing based on stored product sales prices. This will also reset all tax & discount pricing to 0.00 on the order. Please see this guide for more information. For more information, please review our help guide.

Shopify:

We have added RFC mapping to orders via their localizedFields. For more information, please review our Shopify RFC help guide.

Cartons and Pallets:

The Carton and Pallet Inventory Report will now include offhand stock records.

We have also added the ability to search by SKU in carton/pallet selection for manual input orders.

Return more meaningful RejectedShippingServiceList error message for AMZN_UK shipments.

API:

Order- Added ParcelNumbers in the GET /api/Order/{id}/Shipments API response to obtain a full list of tracking numbers.

Products- Improved performance on the GET/api/Product/UpdatedSince and GET/api/Product/StockLevels/UpdatedSince API endpoints.

Shopify:

Improve performance for stock sync, particularly around large stores. If you have lots of draft or unpublished products in Shopify, you can improve the performance further by turning on this toggle Disable Cycle Stock Sync - Only use with Live Stock Sync Enabled.

Unleashed:

Improve the errors for batch/ serial import issues.

Xero:

Improve compliance on the Xero API.

Fixed an issue with the “Use Tote Capacity” toggle not saving correctly when the template was saved.

Fixed a bug so you should now be able to select ALL orders.

Batch Creation:

We have added Exclude Tags support to the create batch screen and batch template so users can now prevent orders with certain tags from being batched.

Global-E:

Dynamic tracking link provided by Global-E is now automatically sent back to Shopify for any carrier.

APC HypaShip:

We have added AccountNumber support for HypaShip child accounts.

Location List:

We have improved All Locations List API performance.

DHL:

For Shipments to Germany we now send DD as a special service type when the incoterm is DAP.

GFS:

Support added for UPS labels.

Order Rules:

We have added a new order rule for “Populate Client Sender Vat Number”, this will populate the VAT number if set. Use case scenario would be sending goods from a different country and the client has a different VAT number in that country.

API:

Add Returns Items - The API call to Add Return Items can now be used by client users as well as warehouse users. This has been added as Mintsoft integrates with various Returns systems such as Loop Returns & Return Go.

Get Order Shipments - The get order shipment call now returns all parcel numbers in the response found on the Mintsoft shipment tab in a list.

Update product - User friendly errors added if field lengths exceeded on customs description & product names.

Search Order: additional param added to return order items, but must be used in addition to exact match param.

Support also added to update inbound/outbound flags for additional batch/best before date tracking.

Bulk Update Product Data:

We have added support to be able to bulk update picking/ storage charges to blank in order to fall back on default client data. To do this, simply use #DELETE# in the CSV, please review our Product Update help guide for more information.

Improvements Made this Release:

DPD NL:

We have added support for to provide dimensions using either rework shipping box dimensions (if provided), or largest product dimensions if available. If neither shipping box dimensions or product dimensions are available, we will revert to fixed hard coded dimensions.

Bulk Scrap / Unquarantine:

We have added the ability to Bulk Quarantine to this upload (previously supported unqaurantine) - found in Products > Extras

UPS:

We have added UTF encoding for UPS, this helps the presentation of special characters on the label.

Custom Picking List:

We have added support for Image:SKU_Barcode to be used on the custom templates. This generates a barcode based on the sku.

Customer Account Settings:

We have added "Location, Zone, PickSequence" to the Mobile Picking Sort Order Setting.

To find this, please go to the customer account settings> picking.

Mintsoft Print Tool:

We have removed the Workspace login method as we have now fully integrated with Identity so the login will now match Evo. The legacy Mintsoft login will remain.

Linnworks:

Discounts were not being correctly passed into Mintsoft from Linnworks, this has now been rectified and the discounts are correctly imported into Mintsoft.
