Improvements Made this Release:

Windsor Framework

We have added support for both ParcelForce and The Delivery Group for the Windsor Framework.

Parcelforce Windsor Framework

We are now sending the following data if the order is going from GB to NI:

  • Standard item data for international shipments
  • We are now adding either |P or |B to the end of the BusinessName data to say if it’s a personal or business shipment 
  • Send the UKIMS if shipment is Business use. 
     

The Delivery Group (Secured Mail)

We will now send the following data:

  • Recipient EORI number
  • UKIMS number
  • Country of Origin

Customer Account Settings

We have renamed/ reworded a lot of the Customer Account Settings to make the options clearer within the system for users.

Mirakl

Mirakl have started to supply their own email addresses which is breaching the character limit for certain couriers. We have now added a Mirakl account setting which can be turned on to stop mapping this email address if a customer is using an affected courier.

The toggle is- “Do not map email to prevent courier errors”

Magento

We have renamed a toggle on the Magento connector to refer to Store ID as this is the correct name.

Amazon

We have now added support for the Amazon IE marketplace.

Returns

We have reworded some fields on the “Input Return” screen so the first box is only search by Order ID unless you have the search by order number toggle enabled.

DHL eCommerce UK

We have fixed an issue with this integration so now if a shipment is cancelled it will also remove the tracking number from the order.

DHL

There is a toggle on the DHL connector “Print ArchiveLabels For Paperless Trade”.  If this is disabled we will not print the archive label. This previously only worked for PDF but it now also works with ZPL and EPL.

DPD Local

We have fixed a bug so we now should not ask for VAT / EORI numbers for non-EU shipments.

DPD

We have fixed a bug with DPD so we now should stop requesting VAT & EORI details for non EU Business shipments

Rework Items

Previously when users tried to add a new rework item and use both volumetric calculation data and product association it would error, you can now use these together when setting the rework items up.

BBE Date Filtering

Previously the filtering on BBE dates only filtered the day as opposed to the entire date, this has now been improved so the entire date is considered and filtered.

Amazon

We have enhanced the sorting for various settings on the Amazon overview screen.

Order Cart

Fixed a bug with the order cart screen so you should now be able to see bundle inventory.

Zoho Inventory

Enhance OAuth process to auto detect region, as users were unable to add new Zoho accounts.

Unleashed

Unleashed <> Mintsoft: Block updates to OrderShipments when in “Shipment To Order” mode, where a line has been removed & readded to an order.

Shopify

If an order is split in Mintsoft and it contains an order tag the order tag will now split across onto the second part of the order.

As well as this, the connect action will also split across onto the second part of an order. This allows for dispatch updates to send back to Shopify.

ParcelHub

Fixed encoding issue to improve error handling so we now display meaningful errors from Parcelhub, whereas previously the errors were generic.

Zoho

Fixed an issue with the dispatch updates and tracking information not being sent back to Zoho, we now send the “Package Number” as part of the request.

Kit Builds

We have fixed an issue to prevent users deleting products that have been associated with Kit Build’s as this was causing issues with cancelling builds.

Unleashed

Mintsoft to Unleashed, Auto Trim leading and trailing whitespace on Batch / Serial Numbers.

Customer Account Settings/ User Settings

We have fixed an issue whereby some of the customer account settings or user settings were automatically disabled when a change was made to the settings. This impacted the “Disable client multi select option” and the “Sticky Search” option,

Improvements Made this Release:

Royal Mail (Intersoft)

We've added a toggle on the connector called “Use Actual Item Weight”. When this is enabled, it pulls the product weight directly from the product’s page instead of calculating the product weight using the average method. 

CN23

We've improved our check for the CN23 document, previously we had issues with lower cases in the postcode. We now check for lowercase as well as uppercase postcodes. 

DPD NL

We've now added support for shipments from Europe to Non-EU countries, previously customers in Europe were getting an error trying to ship outside of Europe for this courier. This is now fixed.

Email notifications

We've added logic to trim any whitespaces off the end of the email addresses, as some users were not receiving notifications due to a space on the end of the email address.

Star Ship It

Star Ship It do not let you cancel labels, nor allow you to use duplicate order numbers. So we now add a unique suffix to the order number for additional shipment requests, if you need to cancel the shipment first in Mintsoft.

DHL parcel

Customer shipping to Northern Ireland with DHL parcel were experiencing an error regarding the “DescriptionOfGoods”. This has been fixed, and users should be able to ship without issues.

Order rules

Fixed a bug whereby the DoesNotContain operator did not work for the OrderItemProductCategory rule.

DG pro carrier

Fixed a bug where the discount was not being deducted from the item price, this meant shipments were being declared incorrectly.

Mintsoft API: Upload bundles

We've improved the error message for when we upload bundles via the API without a client ID on the request.

Reports

Courier Despatch Report- Fixed a bug with this report showing discrepancies and incorrect data.

Cost Price Courier by Order Report- The report was previously giving an unauthorised error when trying to bulk export, this has now been resolved.

Custom spreadsheet order uploads

Previously the order value was incorrect as it was not being correctly applied, this is now fixed.

Multi client filter

Fixed a bug whereby the multi- client filter option when disabled was not filtering down correctly on the batch overview page.

Improvements Made this Release:

Customer Account settings

We've improved the wording around the toggle “AutoInvoiceDespatchedOrder”, to now say "Auto Invoice Despatched Orders and Booked In ASNs". 

As the functionality around this button also auto invoices booked-in ASN’s.

Logging API Requests

For Linnworks, Magento and WooCommerce integration links, the “Log API” requests toggle for users is now turned off after 48hrs to prevent overuse.

Report Export CSV

When the report is exported and we handle it in the backend, it gives a message popup to tell us the report has been emailed. In this popup you now have the ability to download the link of data.

API

We're adding a Product Delete Endpoint to the API to allow users to delete products via the APi.

We're also adding the ability to view Stock movements via the API, previously we could only view the stock flow.

Shopify

Alongside the continuous rollout of our Shopify GraphQL change, we're also fixing any issues that arise during the rollout.

External returns

We fixed an issue with external returns where the scrap option was increasing the stock level as opposed to deducting it.

DHL eCommerce UK

We fixed an issue with orders going to Northern Ireland and failing due to a field being invalid. We now send DescriptionOfGoods instead of descriptionOfGoodsdescription for the items.

Reports

BundleInventoryReport- The “can be made” values were incorrect where a component product of the bundle has infinite stock enabled. This has since been fixed and the values show correctly.

Bulk CSV Export- The bulk export to CSV line limit has been increased to 1 million records across all reports.

Invoicing

Fixed a bug so the correct warehouse is set on the recurring invoice items instead of ALL warehouses.

Orders

Fixed a bug with how we save down orders if either address line 1 or 2 is too long.

Shopify

Error Handling- We have improved the error handling for when “Product Not Found” errors occur.
Split Orders- Fixed a bug so orders which are split in Mintsoft should now update back to Shopify with the dispatch information.
