Improvements Made this Release:

DX Despatch Manager:

We have added support for shipments to the Channel Islands and ROI.

GLS:

We have added a mapping to support the Economy service by entering TRUE in extracode 4. 

Shopify:

For Shopify, we have now changed the wording for the Order Import "Delay" setting within the accounts. This actually is a Frequency, so has been worded as so. 

We've added an option to allow for a delay based on order creation dates within Shopify. By Default this is 0 minutes but can be set up to 60 minutes. When the Order Import next runs (or is updated via web hooks), it will import after this delay.

Integration Delays:

For all integrations where Order/Product/Stock Sync "Delay" messages were present, this has now been changed to "Frequency" as that is what they actually meant.

Packing Notes:

Include Bundle Packing Notes onto the Scan Actions Screen.

Location Types:

Fixed an issue where a location could be edited to be both "Goods in Only" and "Goods out Only".

Shopify:

We have fixed an issue with orders address details, where orders come via Shopify that originate from TikTok.

Warehouse CSV Export:

Fixed an issue where the true/false toggles were not displaying on CSV exports.

Product Sales by Channel Report:

Fixed a bug with this report not returning data.

Also fixed a bug with client users not being able to bulk export this report.

Courier Pricing

We have fixed a bug with postcode courier pricing selecting the incorrect price.

Ebay:

We have enhanced the clearup of old Ebay Listing Mappings.

Shopify:

We have fixed an issue with bundles which have infinite stock, so we should now calculate the value correctly.

Orders Overview:

We had some reports of general slowness on this page, we have optimized areas of this to increase performance.

Improvements Made this Release:

DG Pro Carrier:

Added Procarrier branding with logo and renamed from DG to ProCarrier to make the integration easier to find.

API:

Improve error handling on Product/Bulk Stock Update endpoint on the API.

Parcelhub:

We now populate customs declaration data when shipping to Jersey.

Split Orders:

Despatch Date and Delivery date now show on both parts of a split order.

Stock Flow:

The column visibility dropdown on the stock flow page was blank, this is now fixed and shows the correct fields.

Shopify:

Fixed a bug where no notifications were sent to users when doing refunds via the GraphQL method.

API:

Fixed an issue with the Endpoint Return/SearchByDate returning null data.

DX One man:

Fixed an issue with consignment number range on new account creation.

Amazon:

Fixed an issue with stock sync when using Amazon Channel Alt Codes.

Unleashed

Fixed a bug where when orders were split the connect action (Json data) was not passed into the second part of the order.

Access Analytics and Data Engine:

Fixed an issue which stops us removing BookedInDate when updating ASNs, so this data should then be visible in the ASN final view table in Data Engine.

Orders Awaiting Courier Pricing:

We have fixed the  Auto Recalculate Button.  Also we now Default VAT free field to false on the upload if it is not supplied.

Back Order levels:

Fixed a bug with showing incorrect on back order values, where orders were cancelled.

Improvements Made this Release:

EasyPost

We have improved error logging for Easy Post, to make the errors more user friendly.

API

Bulk Stock Update error handling improved to show accurate errors.

We have now also added a new feature via the API, Accounting/AddCourierCost. This allows you to add a courier cost to an Invoice Item that failed due to no price available.

Product Cartons

We are now able to assist in bulk deleting the product cartons, this can be done on a client level.

DX One Man

We have fixed a bug which was discovered with the Windsor Framework changes we made for DX One Man, we have now added UKInternalMarketCompliant and DeliveryType fields for NI shipments.

DPD

Fixed issue where incorrect values were being sent where the same sku has two lines as they have different prices - we now accommodate these separate prices in the request.

We have also fixed another issue with the postcodes that were causing an issue with label creation.

The Range

Fixed a bug with The Range stock sync.

Amazon

Amazon Stock Sync, we have fixed an issue when using Amazon Channel Alt Codes. As the stock sync wasn’t previously working if you used this feature.

3pl Accounting

Fixed a bug with Orders Awaiting Courier prices, they weren’t showing the total weight and number of parcels.

Replen Tasks

Fixed an error users were getting when attempting to complete the replen tasks.

API

When using the API call Get.../api/return/{id}, the reference field was showing null even if it was populated, but it should now populate correctly.

Batches

Users with access to specific clients couldn’t see batches for ALL even if the batch included the client they had access to, this has now been rectified.

Improvements Made this Release:

Password Requirements

We previously had password requirements, but they only showed if a new password was chosen that didn’t meet the requirements. We have changed this, so the requirements are visible on the screen when changing the password. The requirements are:

• Password must be at least 12 characters long
• Cannot contain such words as password, access,mintsoft, admin, test, 1234, p@ssword
• Has to contain one uppercase character and number

Product Categories

We have improved the product categories screen to include the product category ID's. This is so users that work via the API have access to the ID.

Channel Advisor

We have optimised the product sync functionality.

3pl Accounting

We have added a comment against orders to confirm which pick cost calculation type was used during the 3pl invoicing.

We have also simplified the upload for orders awaiting courier pricing, so you now only need to input the order number and courier price. There is also now an option to download the template without selecting the orders.

DPD/ DPD Local Insurance

We have added support for the value of extracode1 to be the string: VALUE which will cause the orderTotalNet value to be used as the liability amount.

Parcelhub

We have now mapped the Delivery Notes field to the special instructions field for Parcelhub.

Reports

We have created a new movement report at warehouse level to show all product data, similar to that of Product - Manage Inventory - StockMovement. The report is called “Warehouse Stock Movement”

Notifications

Fixed an issue whereby the notification icon was working however when opening notifications none were shown.

Password Reset

We have fixed a bug where the password reset was not working if done via a White Labelled site.

The Range

We have fixed an issue with the stock sync functionality for The Range.

Documents

When using the Grouped Picking Summary it wouldn’t apply the customer specific document but only the one for ALL, we have now fixed this so the customer specific document is chosen if there is one.

Order Rules

We have fixed a bug with the Order Rules module where some of the order rules were not running.

FTP Import

The ASN import file for FTP had a field “SUPPLIER_NOTES” which wasn’t mapping correctly, we have fixed the issue so this field now maps correctly.
