Mintsoft Product Updates

Bugs Fixed in this Release:

To ensure a smooth transition and optimal performance, we will be implementing the below bugs through a phased rollout.

Shopify:

We will no longer import Draft products from Shopify and we will not run stock sync on them.

BluJay:

We have fixed an issue with requesting courier labels only, as orders were remaining in Awaiting Documentation.

ASN Report:

The search function on the ASN report has been fixed as. The below is what can be used to search:

• Client Short Name
• PO Reference
• Product SKU
• Product Name
• Product EAN
• Product Supplier Name
• ASN ID

OCS Courier:

We have fixed an issue so we now send product discounts across the API to the courier.

DPD:

Fixed issue where incorrect values were being sent where the same sku has two lines as they have different prices - we now accommodate these separate prices in the request.

We have also fixed another issue with the postcodes that were causing an issue with label creation.

External Returns:

We have improved the functionality when booking in External Returns, the location search now loads faster.

Cartons and Pallets:

Fixed on WMS V2. We have fixed the carton/ pallet billing not running on picked Cartons/ Pallets.

Amazon:

We are going to remove all 404 Alt Code errors and any default Product Types during NewProductSync or StockSync.

Print Tool:

We are introducing a new Download Beta Print Tool option, which allows you to download the beta version of the print tool.

This version includes the latest updates and features. However, please note that it may be less stable than the live print tool as it is still under active development.

Access Mintsoft Mobile App:

Fixes on the production version of the app, version production.2025.07.21.0.

• Brother printers are now supported on Android 12+
• Added option to mark ASN as delivered
• Fixed booking new stock into a new carton/pallet
• Scaled product images to fit better
• Client filters on order/batches now persist
• Fixed issues with serial no. on flexi/standard
• Off Hand stock now shows separately from OnHand stock in Location Contents and Product Search

Improvements Made this Release:

Netsuite:

We have now added support to import the email addresses into Mintsoft.

UKIMS Number:

We now have a UKIMS number field on the order level and we will provide this to couriers over the one on the client page. If the order level is left blank we will use the client page value as normal.

Amazon:

We have added support for the South African Marketplace.

GDPR Data Scrub:

We have improved the GDPR data scrub for archived orders.

Order Rules:

We have improved the Order Comments when an Order Rule does update a value, because it is not set to override.

Xero:

We have fixed a bug so now the orders sent to Xero will have a discount amount correctly taken from Mintsoft orders.

Shopify:

We have modified the image update logic in the GraphQL connector to allow image updates when the existing ImageURL is null.

Product Sales by Channel Report:

Fixed a bug whereby the supplier filter wasn’t working for all users.

Amazon Stock Sync:

We fixed an issue with Exceeding the quote for Requested Resources.

3pl Accounting: Unconfirmed invoices:

We have fixed the display for Archived Orders on the Unconfirmed Invoice overview screen.

GFS:

We have fixed a rounding issue with discounts for GFS.

Carton Barcodes:

We have now enabled the use of Carton Barcodes scanning within Batch Picking.

Split Orders:

We have fixed an issue where when orders were split, this was causing stock to get stuck in allocated.

CoPilot and Feed:

Enhancements to OTIF (On Time In Full) Calculations:

Mintsoft Copilot Update: OTIF calculation fields have been added when querying order details. These fields are configurable via the Copilot Settings screen.

New Copilot Settings Screen:

A new Copilot Settings screen is now available via the settings screen (https://om.mintsoft.co.uk/Settings/CopilotSettings ).This screen requires the adminCopilot role to access. 

It enables administrators to:

• Disable specific Mintsoft Copilot endpoints for companies wishing to restrict data access.
• Configure OTIF-related options (e.g., whether orders are shipped on Sundays)

Additional configuration options will be introduced over time as Mintsoft Copilot continues to evolve.

Access Mintsoft Mobile App:

New fixes on the Mobile App Beta only.

Improvements Made this Release:

Location Types:

We have improved the sorting functionality within the location types screen so it sorts by ascending priority as the default.

Order Rules Module:

• We have added a new SetRecipientType action to the Order Rules Module to allow setting the recipient type (B2B, B2C) on orders based on rule conditions. Additionally, it adds FirstName, CompanyName, and RecipientType as new.  OrderRuleConditionField options for creating more granular order rules based on recipient information.
• We have also  Added another new Condition HasOrderItemNameValue which will return TRUE if there is a value present within the item level of each order.

Amazon Shipping:

Customers can now raise Amazon Shipping and Amazon Shipping Direct shipments without the need to use barcode verification . Mintsoft can now auto allocate items to parcels.

Linnworks:

We have added support for importing AdditionalInfo at a line item level.

Additional Order Documents:

We have fixed an issue with the documents not filtering correctly and were not accounting for the country and shipping zone settings.

Password Requirements:

Fixed an issue when the password policy was not checked when adding new users.

Product Sales by Channel Report:

We have fixed an issue with the search bar not working as expected and the filters not working for some users.

Returns Report:

Fixed an issue with the report not returning data for some users.

Sub-Client Module:

When entering the ClientNotifications screen for a user that is a ClientMaster or Admin, the user is forced to enter a global filter for a single client. This will allow the settings to be set as appropriate.

Return API Call:

We have fixed an issue whereby the Return API call was failing on Swagger with a generic error message for client users.
