DHL:

Fixed an issue with our return label request for international shipments.

Locations:

We have fixed an issue where deleting and recreating locations with the same name would cause stock to become stuck.

Dear:

We have improved Despatch Updates with Batch/Serial values.

Brightpearl:

We have improved the errors returned from Brightpearl to make them more user friendly.

Improvements Made this Release:

Hazardous Goods:

Dangerous goods documents can now be automatically generated and printed using the stored products dangerous goods fields.

A different document can be generated based on road or air type courier services using a custom document design.

BluePark:

We have added tracking number data to our fulfilment request so the tracking numbers can now appear in BlueParks email notifications and despatch notes.

Invoicing Orders:

Update Order.LastUpdated when invoicing via alternative means (not standard invoicing). This improves the data which is fed back in to Data Engine.

Order Tags:

We have now added Order Comments to track the use of Order Tags.

Mintsoft Copilot:

Enabled integration with Intercom for Access Copilot. Copilot now has access to the Mintsoft help documents.

Pending Rework Costs:

We have revamped the screen.

KitBuilds:

Improve Manage Inventory Screen to Show KitID.

Improve Stock Flow to include a detailed record when stock is changing status when building / completing kits

Stock Flow:

Improve StockFlow Records to include Detail on Despatch of an Order.

Improve StockFlow Records by including a detail for Outbound stock movements (manual).

Shopify:

Shopify orders import will correctly follow the setting of Number Of Days to Check back from Orders.

Palletways:

Added ability to cancel Palletways labels in Mintsoft.  There is no cancel API available so we delete the label our side to allow the user to either edit the shipment via Palletways and get a new label, or they can cancel it.

KitBuilds:

For batch tracked products we now group transactions where possible on the StockFlow events, rather than individual unit transactions.

We also have fixed an issue with searching for Kits, based on the ID.

Ecwid:

Enhance Error Logging when customer addresses aren't supplied.

DPD Ireland:

We have added a new toggle for Auto Generation of Commercial Invoice for International Shipments. The toggle is “Generate Commercial Invoices for International Shipments”.

Low Stock Report:

We have fixed a bug with this so we now hide data for inactive warehouses.

Tote Checker:

Tote checker expanded to now work for orders in QUERYRAISED and PICKINGSKIPPED status.

DX Despatch Manager:

We now handle cancellation of multiple labels correctly.

3pl Accounting: 

Channel and Date filtering now being applied when exporting unconfirmed invoices.

Goods In Uploads:

Improve Goods In Upload Template to validate the inbound stock conforms to the status of the Batch/Serial/Expiry Flags on the Product

Brightpearl:

We have fixed a time discrepancy issue, this was due to UTC time.

Mobile App: Version beta.2025.08.21

• Alternative locations when picking now show attributes

Improvements Made this Release:

Bluepark:

• Added import status, picking status, despatch status and product supplier id filtering.
• Can now import orders with custom status, mark them as picked with a custom status, and mark despatched with a custom status.
• We can also only import products with specific supplier id, and only import those products on the order, ignoring other suppliers that are fulfilled by another warehouse.

Unleashed:

We now map the customers "postal" address to our billing address. 

Custom Despatch Notes:

Add CommodityCode & CountryOfManufacture tags to DespatchNote Picking Table

Manage Inventory Screen:

We have enhanced the Manage Inventory view to include the Order Status.

Mintsoft Copilot:

Enhanced Date Field Support

• Empty/NotEmpty operators for RequiredDeliveryDate and RequiredDespatchDate fields
• Removed date fields from restricted operators validation list
• Added null checking logic for Empty (returns true when date is null) and NotEmpty (returns true when date has value)

We have also sorted the condition fields in logical order.

GLS NL:

We have now added a mapping for our address line 2 to map to their “name 3”.

Archived Orders:

If orders are archived yet you want to access them from the invoice screen you will now be able too.

Evri Corporate:

Improve performance for Evri Corporate when using Courier Cage Validation.

Exact:

We have fixed a bug so we are now able to import more than 60 lines on orders into Mintsoft.

Shopify:

We have fixed an issue with orders address details, where orders come via Shopify that originate from TikTok.

We will now do the location check for orders before doing the valid address check, this prevents errors for invalid addresses showing on import errors where the location id is invalid.

Kit Builds:

We have rewritten the Kit Building page.

Amazon Logistics:

We have added Amazon Logistics support to the Delta WMS integration.

Brightpearl:

We have fixed an issue with the Brightpearl Stock Reckon function not adjusting stock levels correctly.
