User access

Keep your client data secure within your own team. Have complete control of the level of access each user has and create your own use profiles, so they only see the data that is crucial to their role.

If you’re running multiple warehouses, you can restrict access to just the one they work in, as well as which areas of the system they can access i.e. Accounts, Settings, or Clients.

Mobile app

The Mintsoft mobile app is supported on Android devices with Android 11 or above.

Devices with Android versions before Android 11 cannot access the app, as those versions no longer receive security updates or bug fixes, making them easy targets for malware or ransomware.

Newer versions of Android are actively maintained and regularly patched to guard against emerging threats, protecting you from data breaches.

Data transfers

All data transfers performed are encrypted and transferred using HTTPS - the 'S' stands for secure. Meaning the data transferred cannot be intercepted.

Integrations

Mintsoft’s pre-built integrations are native, and maintained by The Access Group, ensuring they remain reliable, secure and compliant.

We don’t rely on third-parties to guarantee the performance of integrations.
