How do you process returns with Mintsoft?
Processing your returns with Mintsoft is simple. Either from desktop or mobile app, you simply scan or search for the order, enter which product is being returned, assign a reason, and flag the stock’s condition. The item(s) can then be processed back into a stock location, or disposed of as faulty.
Can Mintsoft process refunds?
No, Mintsoft does not support order refunds. These will need to be handled via ecommerce sales platforms.
Can Mintsoft track reasons for returns?
Yes, Mintsoft can track reasons for returns. Once a returned item is at the warehouse and is being processed, operatives can choose a return reason which will be stored in Mintsoft. Additionally, you can set up a custom list of returns reasons to choose from.
