Import Errors

In this video, you’ll learn how to track, review, and resolve errors that occur during order imports or warehouse activity in Mintsoft. The walkthrough shows how to use the Connect Import Summary dashboard module, filter and view error types, resolve issues, and access historic logs.

In just over a minute, you’ll learn how to:

• Use the Connect Import Summary module on the dashboard to spot issues fast
• Click an error category to see all errors of that type
• Highlight an issue and resolve
• Toggle Show Resolved to view historic / previously fixed errors
• Filter by error type or choose All to see the full error list
• Access the same page anytime via Connect
