Reactive Replenishment

In this video, you’ll learn how reactive replenishment works in Mintsoft - a process that stops orders from being picked when stock is sitting in replen‑only locations. 

In just over 10 minutes, you’ll learn how to:

• Enable reactive replenishmentettings
• Set up location types (pick, bulk, replen) correctly
• Ensure replen locations are empty before converting
• View orders in Awaiting Replen status
• Action replen tasks via Warehouse 
• Move stock from replen to pick locations on PC or mobile
• Use single or bulk replenishment in the mobile app
• Over‑replenish to top up stock for future orders
• Use printable PDF tasks for warehouse walks
• Complete replen tasks so orders return to New status
