Purchase Orders

In this video, you’ll learn how to create, edit, and manage purchase orders (POs) in Mintsoft - whether you’re a multichannel retailer logging your own incoming stock or a 3PL helping clients track what they’ve ordered.

• View all POs via Purchase Orders
• Create new POs and add or select suppliers
• Add items manually or upload items using a PO template
• Adjust quantities, pricing, comments, and PO details
• Track changes through the History and Attachments tabs

• Confirm the PO, generate a PDF copy for suppliers
• Raise an ASN straight from the purchase order when stock is due
