Cartons & Pallets Module

Learn how the Mintsoft Cartons & Pallets module transforms the way you store, move, receive, pick, and bill against inventory. In our five-part series, you’ll learn how to:

• Set up carton & pallet types, goods‑in locations, and upload IDs in bulk
• Generate and print carton/pallet barcodes, including SSCC codes for ASNs
• Receive stock on PC or mobile, including mixed-item or full‑pallet flows
• Auto‑split products evenly across pallets and build new pallets on the fly
• Manage pallet contents, adjust quantities, and transfer full pallets between locations
• Add full cartons/pallets directly to manual orders and batch them for picking
• Pick full pallets using the carton & pallet pick type in the mobile app
• Assemble loose stock onto new pallets during picking with autogenerated IDs
• Use the module’s mobile‑first tools for efficient B2B and bulk workflows
• Charge clients using carton/pallet‑based storage and picking rates through 3PL Accounting
