Unleashed Integration

In this video, you’ll learn how to set up and configure the integration between Mintsoft and Unleashed.

In 20 minutes, you'll learn how to:

Add or edit your Unleashed connection in Order Integrations
Set the client, warehouse, and channel for the integration
Enter your API keys and warehouse codes from Unleashed
Control order import frequency, statuses, prefixes, and webhooks
Sync new products, product updates, serial/batch settings, and stock levels
Configure daily stock sync, value types, and bundle exclusions
Handle ASN behaviour, including auto‑awaiting‑delivery
Import purchase orders with custom statuses and optional product creation
Manage over‑receipt errors and understand how ASNs appear in Mintsoft
Export orders back to Unleashed by channel, status, or bundle grouping
Use assembly import to pick components and receive finished goods
Import shipments if using split shipments in Unleashed
Sync warehouse transfers between systems with matching warehouse codes
Trigger full stock or product syncs when needed

With the Unleashed integration correctly connected, your WMS and IMS will be tightly aligned - keeping stock accurate, orders flowing smoothly, and product data consistent across both systems.
