Mobile App Overview 

In this video, you’ll learn how to install, sign in, and navigate the Mintsoft mobile app, as well as use core features like checking locations, searching products, adjusting stock, transferring inventory, and receiving ASNs. 

In just over 10 minutes, you’ll learn how to:

• Download the Access Mintsoft app (new version) from the Play Store
• Sign in using Access Workspace / Access Evo credentials
• Switch warehouses and access app settings & live chat
• Use Location Contents to see what’s stored in any bin
• Use Product Search to check stock levels & allocated orders
• Adjust stock with Book Inventory (add, remove, quarantine, scrap)
• Move items using Transfer Inventory with a built‑in transfer list
• Receive ASNs into goods‑in or picking locations
• View received quantities, progress bars & enter put away comments

With these tools, the Mintsoft mobile app gives you fast, accurate, on‑the‑move warehouse control—making everyday tasks like checking stock, moving items, and receiving deliveries smoother and more efficient.
