Mintsoft Product Updates

Improvements Made this Release:

Linnworks:

We have added the toggle “Import Required Despatch Date” to import the despatch date from Linnworks and map it to the “Required Despatch Date” field in Mintsoft.

DPD IE:

When shipping using DPD IE we now send the weight within the <Weight> section of the request. This was mainly done to allow shipments to Germany, however this change is applicable to all countries.

DX One Man:

We have improved the error message so when a shipment is cancelled via Mintsoft it advises to cancel this via the DX portal. As we do not support cancel API for DX One Man.

Shopify:

Alongside the continuous rollout of our Shopify GraphQL change we are also fixing any issues that arise during the rollout.

Users and Roles:

Fixed an issue so the role AdminViewASN now shows the “ASNS” option on the sidebar.

We fixed a bug where the LastUpdated fields against users were not updating when changing a user's roles, warehouse access, or client access.

Reports:

Fixed an issue so client users should now be able to see results for the Returns Report.

We also fixed another issue with Returns Report where exported data was showing the date in US format instead of UK.

TikTok:

Improved the paging on TikTok product sync, which fixed an issue with stock sync where the IDs were not importing from TikTok.

The Range:

Fixed stock sync for The Range integration

Notifications:

Resolved an issue with notifications being sent when using the Warehouse upload functionality, to ensure users get the follow up email success/ failure notifications.

Order Rules:

Fixed an issue with Changing Order Channel via Order Rules where multiple channels have the same name.

Products:

Fixed a bug so now when users mark products as discontinued via the bulk actions on product overview, this amendment is now logged in the product history.

Improvements Made this Release:

Hebrew Language Support

Mintsoft has added support for Hebrew language so that it is correctly translated before creating despatch note documentation.

EasyPost - Weights

Added support for when using Mintsoft with Weights in LBS

Unleashed – Add Option to Disable sales order completion after despatch

To prevent Mintsoft from marking a sales order as complete, an option had been added to the Unleashed account page that once enabled will not mark sales orders as completed.

Unleashed – Order Export – Add option to Send Accounting Journal Only

Added a new setting to the Unleashed account page that gives users the ability to only send the accounting journal to Unleashed when exporting orders from Mintsoft.

Unleashed – Order Export

Added the option for warehouse users to delete all prices against a courier service. This is controlled by AdminDeleteCourierServicePrices

GFS- PDF Labels

Adding true to Extracode 4 will now enable the ability to print courier labels on a thermal printer when requesting the label through the GFS API.

Unverify Products

Warehouse users will now be able to unverify product barcodes on Orders. This can be done by going to the order > History > Barcode verification.

ASN Notifications – Added Warehouse Name

Added warehouse name on ASN notifications

VOEC: Commercial Invoices

The VOEC number can now be displayed on custom commercial invoices by using #VOEC#.

Order Dispatch

Resolved a bug that was preventing users from being able to dispatch their orders.

Quickbooks: Invoice generation

Resolved an issue that prevented users from generating invoices through their QuickBooks integration.

Product – Edit

Products will now show where Product Price Types have been deleted.

Etsy – Stock Sync

To accommodate stock syncing on variations, Mintsoft has added the following properties; Price, SKU and quantity.

Quickbooks

Improved the Mapping functionality for Accounting Fulfilment

Unleashed – Expiry Dates

Fix issue with Expiry Dates when exporting New Batches from Mintsoft to Unleashed.

Shopify – Add Product to Order Order Rule

Resolved a bug that was preventing the Add product to Order Order rule from running for Shopify orders that imported with tags.

ASN Report Export

Resolved an issue where no email was being sent when timing out and the problem with the download link not being sent in emails.

Shopify Graph QL

Fixed an issue with Shopify GraphQL not authenticating for custom apps. We have also resolved an issue with the dispatch notifications for Shopify Graph QL.
