Rob has worked on the technology side of online fulfilment and warehousing his whole career, providing implementation and presales consultancy services. He has supported thousands of businesses to achieve operational excellence through the use of software. Danny joined The Access Group midway through 2021 and has been working in the world of Ecommerce and fulfilment since 2016. Danny has consulted on a variety of projects helping 100s of business from spare bedroom operations to multinational online retailers.

Neil has been with the company since 2016 and has worked with a range of clients, assisting them to resolve ongoing challenges and increase optimisation within their day-to-day work lives using The Access Group's solutions, including Mintsoft. Neil is also a Team Leader for ERP New Business within the Digital Team and has a huge amount of experience working with multi-divisional products and clients. “Every successful business is looking for avenues to increase their digital presence and boost staff morale, which leads to an increase in productivity. Jordan joined Mintsoft when it was a start-up company working in the support team before moving into a team leader role. From there he joined the sales team where he uses his in-depth knowledge of the system to consult and advise prospects. Now as Business Development Manager he enjoys a rewarding role being able to advise on and to join so many businesses on their journey.

Patrick joined the Access Group 6 years ago after graduating from University. During his time at the Access Group, Patrick has been focused on helping 3PLs and eCommerce businesses solve operational challenges and streamline their processes. Patrick is also Head of Strategic Partnerships for Mintsoft, helping to create and maintain collaborative relationships with like-minded businesses to ensure the Mintsoft platform offers customers the best solutions for their business needs. “The need to keep up with demand in an ever-increasing digital world is pivotal for businesses at the moment.
